  I would rate 0 if I could, these people are extremely rude. When I went into the store there was a verbal ugh and no welcome in or hello, I went in to do a return and told him multiple times and he still put it as a trade, he told me multiple times that I needed myt receipt even though with a pro membership it's saved in the computer for the last 5 transactions he finally told me to "Give him a while and look around or something while he pulled them up" then just talked to the other clerk and wasted my time then instead of saying thanks come again he said ok bye I refuse to use this store anymore I'd rather drive out of my way to the one on colorado

  I signed up for the PowerUp Rewards PRO membership here and the associate did not ask me if I wanted my Game Informer subscription to be print or digital. I would have said print because I don't want to read a magazine on my computer or smartphone, I don't like reading magazines digitally plus I wanted all the coupons to be printed out that came with this subscription. But no, the associate signed me up for digital without asking me, and Game Informer online refused to recognize any of my powerup pro details. A call to their customer service number did not fix the issue. So, I am unable to get the full reward from my Powerup Rewards PRO membership. Definitely make sure to specify print edition at this store or you might be in the same boat.
