  Purchased $800 in clothing in latter part of November. Service at the store from Goose was great, was happy with purchase. Asked to have items shipped to my address once altered. I was told they would be finished and sent my way in mid December. A rep called me a week prior to Christmas to let me know my clothes had been in the store and were ready for pick up. They obviously forgot they were to be delivered. We confirmed and said they would be sent out immediately. Thought items would be delivered soon. Called again today almost 10 days later, items were still at the store. They apologized, said they would send overnight today. Initial sale was great but the back end services are definitely lacking.
